Mary went above and beyond to identify the homes meeting our needs, putting them in order to include mapping them to make the best use of our time and ensuring that we had access and all the information. Our walk throughs a were no pressure and she provided us real opinion pointing out sublties that we were at times too overwhelmed to consider. Mary kept us well grounded and made sure all of our questions were answered and kept track of our concerns from one home to the next. We also sold our home with Mary. Mary made sure we had all the information needed to price, stage and be prepared for the entire process. She went out of her way to add touches to aid the prospective buyers with information and practical advice. Mary put in quite a bit of time and was always available at the home, by phone and also email to keep us informed within an hour of each showing.
